The movie jumps around too much between too many things, so by the time it gets back to a storyline, you've almost forgotten that Federal Agent Leslie Bibb has her Nicolas Cage auf den Spuren von TRAFFIC und SICARIO. Much of the film's appeal will be down to Cage and Fishburne who come with a good track record in this type of movie and both remain eminently watchable. The movie is slow and deliberate--too slow. A young girl discovers her parents overdosed on the couch, and The Agent in Charge arrives to reveal that the girl is her niece and the dead couple is her sister and brother-in-law.
