Beyond The Night isn't a masterpiece but it's worth a watch as there are tons of worse movies than this one. As for the mystery level I figured it out when the movie Beyond the Night is well worth the watch! If you enjoy mystery thrillers that are engaging and don't drag on, then this film is for you.
In the end, it felt like a good episode of Law and Order. A mystery thriller, with a touch of the supernatural, from writer/director Jason Noto. Revolving around a little boy who has inexplicable knowledge about a town he has never seen and a missing teenage girl he never knew, Beyond the Night boasts tense atmosphere to spare.
