I had a great time with this one! It really succeeded where few monster movies manage to. The best movie reviews, in your inbox.

Less so are the movie's slapdash setup and paper-thin characterizations. While all the four girls are attractive, shapely and stripped down to the basics — undoubtedly a factor — it's encouraging to see them plan out the dive that most. But the film is not called Five Metres Down.

47 Meters Down

With less than an hour of oxygen left and great white sharks circling nearby, they must fight to survive. Get prepared to brave deep dark waters. Scenes project Deep Blue Sea by way of Turistas vibes but to a weaker degree. I hope everybody is doing well and I hope you have a great day today but anyway let's not waste any more time and let's get on with this review! Despite a somewhat predictable twist and questionable method of fending off sharks (do underwater flares really work that way?), the film rises above its late-in-the-game flaws. Starring: Mandy Moore, Claire Holt, Chris J.
