Parents need to know that this raunchy body-swapping comedy is more like The Hangover than Freaky Friday. There's a certain amount of fun to be had from watching Bateman and Reynolds play against type, but it isn't enough to carry The Change-Up through its crude humor. The Change-Up is a comedy that can't find it's proper place in the demographic of anyone by freakishly pushing the boundaries of taste.

As a bonus, it has the shabbiest low-rent main titles I've seen this side of YouTube. The similarities between the two movies aren't coincidental: Jon Lucas and Scott Moore have written both. While Dave is an overworked lawyer.
